An order qualifies for a return only if the order is new, unused and unopened, the order is returned within 7 days of receipt and the order was not a final sale item.
Upon receipt of returned item(s) the charges will be credited to your original method of payment excluding shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please keep the tracking number and relevant shipping information in the unlikely event we do not receive your return shipment.

Once a qualified refund is received and inspected we will process your refund as soon as possible. The charges placed on your card will be credited to you, though shipping costs are non-refundable.

All our packages have a tracking number attached to it. If your package has not arrived you must contact your local USPS or UPS office. Typically the package is delayed due to the volume the local office is managing, or due to local weather.
