How long does it take for my order to ship?

Since our leather goods are made by hand from start to finish, please allow 1-2 weeks for us to prepare your order for shipping. Learn more about our design process.

Where are your leather goods manufactured?

Our leather goods are designed and produced in our California studio. Learn more about our studio.

Where can I purchase your products in a retail store?

We periodically open pop-up stores. If you would like to be notified of our next pop-up store, send us an email at hello@torgoods.com.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover credit and debit cards.

Will you repair my product?

We will repair your Toro leather goods if you experience production related issues within 12 months of receiving your order. Production issues only include unstitching. Abnormal wear or tear does not qualify for repair. All repairs are subject to approval, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. To begin the repair process, send detailed photos of your leather goods to hello@torgoods.com.
